Land Survey Plat – Fremont County, Colorado
April, 2010
I have a little piece of land in Fremont County, Colorado that needed to be surveyed for a building project. I accompanied Bill to the site and by the end of the day, was not only impressed by his integrity and meticulous attention to detail but his ability to convey to the average person the purpose and necessity for each task. I even learned more about the geology of the region than I thought I knew. I also learned the complete necessity of having a survey done regardless of how small your project. I had already dug a well based on the drawing of the property I got at closing and with the survey results, learned I was less than 10 feet from my property line, a good 30 foot difference from the sales plat. Without the survey I could have easily drilled the well on the adjacent property without knowing. I will recommend Bill to anyone I know who needs survey work done.

“I recently moved from Massachusetts to Colorado. I had contracted with TRUE NORTH to facilitate the purchase of my new home and was rewarded with the highest of work ethic and attention to detail. Mr. Buntrock was prompt in responding to my questions along the way, was at the home in Colorado when he said he would be and completed the survey in the time promised. There were many difficulties along the way trying to purchase a home remotely, however all dealings with TRUE NORTH exceeded my expectations and made a stressful time much easier. I highly recommend TRUE NORTH and their services if you want to deal with true professionals who take pride in the job they do. Thank you TRUE NORTH for all of your hard work!”

TRUE NORTH Surveying and Mapping performed a survey for my residential property. Bill was professional, courteous, flexible with timing, and able to meet my tight schedule. He also provided a lot of property related information that answered the few questions I had and helped me to better understand my situation as a land owner. The product was excellent and the service was top notch. As a homeowner doing a lot of major renovation projects I contract a lot of services. I’d be very pleased if they all met the high standard of TRUE NORTH.

Redevelopment Investment Property – Historic Baker District of Denver
April 21, 2010
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Byron Fears; I own a redevelopment investment property in the Historic Baker District of Denver.
In order to develop my property I found it necessary to get a survey. Being unfamiliar with the surveyors in Denver I started searching the internet and found dozens of surveyors. How does one choose from so many unfamiliar firms? It occurred to me that I needed references so I called an architect friend who does a lot of work in the downtown region and he immediately recommended Bill Buntrock, the owner of TRUE NORTH Surveying & Mapping, LLC.
I called Bill Buntrock and found him to be very personable and knowledgeable of the area and choose him to do the survey. It was obvious to be that Mr. Buntrock had a true passion for surveying and would perform his duties with enthusiasm and joy. Within hours I began receiving emails with questions that would help him in conducting the survey. Within 48 hours he had the pertinent legal descriptions of my property and was on site starting the survey. I had the completed survey in hand in less than a week from my first phone call.
TRUE NORTH Surveying & Mapping, LLC proved to be extremely professional and thorough. He performed everything well within the promised time frames. I feel the survey was done to the highest of industry standards. I highly recommend this firm to anyone involved in any size project. Mr. Buntrock has proven his personal interest in my project and that he can handle any size project.
Additionally, Mr. Buntrock always answered every phone call and responded quickly to all of my emails, this makes a real difference.
Sincerely,
Byron Fears

Hello Mr. Buntrock,
Thank you for the work you did surveying the property we recently purchased. You did an excellent job on the core project and I was very pleased with your willingness to do some of the extra requests I had for you. Your job was not only on time but faster than anyone else I could have contracted. I will surely use your services again when I need surveying done. Thank you again for your prompt attention to the project and your help to us.

We highly recommend the surveying services provided by Bill Buntrock, PLS and his company TRUE NORTH Surveying & Mapping.
Mr. Buntrock has performed two surveys for us over the last five years. The first, for a small residential lot in the Platt Park area of Denver. The second, in 2008, was for a complicated 1 acre +/- lot on Lookout Mountain in Jefferson County. We found his work to be very accurate and well presented. In Particular, the Lookout Mountain survey clarified various property lines (to the satisfaction of neighbors on both sides) thanks to his diligent location of both modern and historic section corners. Further, although these were quite small projects relative to others he was working on at the time, they were performed quickly, and he was quite responsive to our questions and comments.

Land Survey Plat – Castle Rock, Colorado

I have had the pleasant opportunity to work with Bill Buntrock in the past for over 5 years. Throughout our work history I have always found Bill to be professional, reliable, efficient and most important responsive to all of his clients. His work ethic is exceptional, which is why we chose him to complete our survey at our new horse property in Castle Rock.
We needed a fence line staked out over our 12-acre property and we needed it in a rush. Winter was coming and we had to get our portholes in before the ground became frozen. Mr. Buntrock completed our survey on a Saturday, outside of his normal working schedule to accommodate our needs. We were able to get our fence up before the first snowfall hit.
I highly recommend Mr. Buntrock for any land surveying services that you may need.
